Darlynn graduated near the top of her law school class from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California in 1996. In 2001 Darlynn became a founding member of the Board of Directors of Mission Valley Bank. She is also a member of Wealth Counsel, LLC, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys who maintain the highest level of knowledge and expertise through collaboration and continuing their education on estate planning topics. She is also very active in the Orange County Bar Association.

Darlynn is frequently quoted and published in various publications including Forbes.com and the OC Register.
